Tell me more…
Reading Twestival is a charity fundraising event in support of global charity Concern.
It takes place on the evening of Thursday 25th March in Reading town centre. Organised through twitter, and supported by the international “Twestival” organisation, the event will see some 100+ people gather to raise funds to help Concern with with their invaluable work helping provide education to the world’s poorest communities, including Haiti, where the organisation has been active for many years.
Twestival is unique in that 100% of ticket sale money goes directly to the charity. Even booking and transaction fees have been waived. The cost of putting on event itself is funded entirely through sponsorship.
